Research
My research interests lie in the fields of economics of education and science, personnel and labor economics.
- I am interested in how labor and education policies shape individual skills and decisions of firms and workers to invest in training.
- I am also interested in the functioning of science. Thus, some of my research studies how journal policies and researchers’ characteristics affect quality of scientific reporting.
- I work empirically employing survey or observational data applying methods of causal inference, microeconometrics, spatial econometrics or meta-regression analysis.
